Chief Oseni Elamah is a senior finance and governance professional with a diverse public and private sector career spanning oil and gas, taxation, public revenue reform, investment and pensions. He holds advanced credentials, including a Master of Science in Corporate Governance and Finance and multiple professional fellowships (ICAN, CITN, CIS, CIArb, IoD), and is a member of the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS).

Elamah served as Executive Chairman of the Edo State Internal Revenue Service, where under his leadership internal revenue rose significantly, and later as Executive Secretary of the Joint Tax Board, leading tax administration reforms at the national level. Earlier in his career, he worked in petroleum policy as Special Assistant in the Office of the Special Adviser on Petroleum, and in executive finance and business development roles in oilfield services, pension management, and financial institutions.

He also sits on boards of energy and infrastructure companies like Genesis Hydrocarbons Limited, Ingentia Energies Limited, and PNG Gas Limited, reflecting his continued influence in both public policy and the private energy sector
