Our Purpose

Vision, Mission & Strategy

Our Vision

To become Nigeria's leading independent operator specializing in the rejuvenation and optimization of mature and late-life upstream assets, delivering sustainable energy, creating value for stakeholders, and contributing to Nigeria's energy security.

Our Mission

To acquire, develop and optimise onshore and shallow-water oil and gas assets in the Niger Delta through disciplined reservoir management, modern production engineering, best-in-class HSSE practices, and strong community partnerships — generating superior returns while advancing Nigerian content development.

Strategy Pillars

1

Acquire

Target late-life and mature assets from IOC divestments, NUPRC licensing rounds, and farm-in opportunities where residual reserves can be unlocked at attractive economics.

2

Exploit Oil

Apply proven Niger Delta subsurface expertise, modern artificial lift systems, well intervention techniques, and infill drilling to arrest decline and restore production.

3

Commercialize Gas

Monetize associated gas through gas commercialization strategies including pipeline export, modular gas plants, LPG trucking, CNG, and gas-to-power — reducing flaring, generating additional revenue, and aligning with the PIA’s domestic gas supply obligations.

4

Sustain

Operate to the highest HSSE standards, maintain transparent and respectful host community relationships, and embed decarbonization into all project and operational decisions.
