His Royal Majesty Oba Ewuare II is the 40th Oba of the Great Kingdom of Benin and a distinguished diplomat and public administrator with experience spanning international relations and Nigeria’s energy sector.

He holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Public Administration, with academic training in Nigeria, the United Kingdom, and the United States. He began his professional career at the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) before embarking on a distinguished diplomatic career, serving as Nigeria’s Ambassador to Sweden (with concurrent accreditation to Finland, Denmark, and Norway), Angola, and Italy. He served as principal representative to five Nigerian Heads of State. Prior to his ascension to the throne, HRM Oba Ewuare II served as a Pioneer Director of Integrated Data Services Limited (IDSL), a subsidiary of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), contributing to institutional oversight and the advancement of upstream data and geoscience services. He is a recipient of the national honour of Commander of the Federal Republic (CFR).

Prior to his enthronement, Oba Ewuare II had a distinguished career in Nigeria's diplomatic service and international development sector. He holds a degree in History from the University of Benin and a Master's degree in International Relations.

As Founder and Chairman of the Board of Bronze Heritage Energies Limited, His Majesty provides strategic direction, high-level stakeholder engagement, and sovereign community goodwill that is central to the company's social licence to operate in the Niger Delta.

He holds an MSc in Corporate Governance and Finance from Liverpool John Moores University (UK) and is a Fellow of ICAN, CITN, CIS, CIArb, and IoD, and a Member of the National Institute (mni). His oil and gas career commenced at the highest level of government when he served as Special Assistant (Petroleum) to the Head of State and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Nigeria. He subsequently served in the Office of the Special Adviser (Petroleum) as Personal Assistant to the late Chief Aret Adams, pioneer Group Managing Director of NNPC. He has served as pioneer MD/CEO of Multinational Craig Energy Services Limited and currently sits on the boards of Genesis Hydrocarbons Limited, Ingentia Energies Limited (Egbolom Field Operator), PNG Gas Limited, and Owel Linkso Group. He also led major fiscal and tax reforms as Executive Chairman, Edo State Board of Internal Revenue and as first Executive Secretary of the Joint Tax Board.

A graduate of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), he began his career at Arthur Andersen (now KPMG) before holding senior banking roles across Oceanic Bank, Fidelity Bank, First Atlantic Bank, and United Bank for Africa, including Head of Internal Control and Chief Inspector. He served as Delta State Commissioner for Economic Planning and Budget (2007–2010) and Commissioner for Finance (2010–2013), overseeing fiscal management and budgetary reforms. He currently serves as Chairman/CEO of Excellon Consults Limited and Chairman of Crevice Energy Services Limited.

A Mechanical Engineering graduate of PTI Effurun with executive training at IMD Lausanne, he built ARCO into a diversified engineering group employing over 1,000 Nigerians, with subsidiaries spanning maintenance engineering, offshore logistics, integrity services, drone operations, and aviation training. A strong advocate for local content and capacity development, he has sponsored extensive professional training initiatives and endowed scholarships. He is a recipient of multiple national and professional honours, including Honorary Fellow of the Nigerian Academy of Engineering and Doctor of Engineering (Honoris Causa), FUPRE.

He is the Founder of Trekker Projects Limited and Telatech Limited, indigenous oilfield services companies supporting upstream petroleum operations and Nigerian content development. He has held board positions with Trekoil Services Limited, Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC), and the Nigeria Stock Exchange, bringing strong expertise in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, strategic planning, and risk oversight. With academic training in Computer Science, Law, and Finance, Prince Erediauwa combines technical, regulatory, and financial acumen with institutional-level leadership experience.

Engr. Tunde Ehizoje is a veteran petroleum engineer and oil and gas executive with over 30 years of experience spanning well completions, production optimisation, asset management, HSE leadership, and upstream strategy.

He began his career in 1990 at Halliburton Energy Services West Africa, where he spent nine years progressing from Field Operations Engineer to Manager of well services and interventions. He subsequently held well intervention and operations roles at Shell SPDC and Addax Petroleum before joining the Nigerian Petroleum Development Company (NPDC), where he served as Asset Manager for OMLs 13, 26, 30, and 111. At NPDC, Engr. Ehizoje led the most dramatic documented production recovery in the company’s recent history, serving as War Room Commander and increasing production from 87,000 bopd to 155,000 bopd in approximately three weeks through rapid well interventions, workover campaigns, and production technology deployment. He subsequently served as General Manager, Exploration and Development, overseeing all subsurface studies and reserves growth across NPDC’s asset base. He was later appointed Chief Health, Safety and Environment Officer of NNPC Ltd. (2022–2024), where he was directly responsible for developing and institutionalising NNPC’s HSE culture across all business units — including NPDC, NUIMS, NNPC Gas & Power, and NNPC Exploration and Production — ensuring alignment with the Petroleum Industry Act 2021, NUPRC regulations, and international best practices. Most recently, Engr. Ehizoje served as Managing Director of NNPC Energy Services Limited (NNPC EnServ Ltd.), the entity responsible for competitive drilling, completion, and wellhead engineering services across NNPC’s upstream portfolio.
